نظام ROSSMA IIOT-AMS لمراقبة سلامة المعابر السيفونية

جرّب حلنا للمراقبة المستقلة لسلامة المعابر السيفونية.

In the design and construction of main oil pipelines, a siphon (duker) refers to a section of the pipeline laid at the intersection with an artificial or natural obstacle: under a river bed or canal, along the bottom of a deep ravine, under a road or railway. A siphon consists of several pipes that are pre-welded and then laid in a prepared trench, borehole, or casing by pulling method.

For prompt intervention and prevention of oil and gas product spills from pipeline transport systems, constant monitoring is necessary. A mutually redundant equipment complex consisting of several control and measuring instruments together with autonomous ROSSMA IIOT-AMS switching devices provides this capability not only on the linear part of pipelines but also on siphon crossings. Autonomous kits for pressure, level, and gas monitoring transmit information via wireless network about the slightest change in any parameter. The costs of the equipment complex and periodic replacement of power elements are negligible compared to the costs of accident localization, restoration work, and penalties for incidents.

For the most hard-to-reach locations, autonomous kits are available with an extended capacity battery block up to 168 Ah. At a sampling rate of once every 5 minutes, the estimated service life is 4.5 years. In practice, the optimal sampling rate is once every 30 minutes, which results in even longer operation. The equipment is designed for harsh temperature operating conditions from -55 to +85 °C. The equipment can operate on two wireless network standards: LoRaWAN or NBIoT.
