System Capabilities

Complete toolkit for monitoring, control, and analytics of oilfield equipment

Telemetry Collection

Automatic data collection from LoRaWAN devices. Configurable codecs, partitioning, compression. Real-time delivery with quality and RSSI/SNR metadata.

HMI Visualization

16 web interface screens: dashboards, trends, SVG mnemonics, object cards. Three themes, bilingual interface (RU/EN), ISA-101 compliant.

Alarm System

5 severity levels, 4 setpoint types (HH/H/L/LL), escalation, hysteresis, acknowledgment. Visual and audio alerts. 40+ preset thresholds. ISA-18.2.

Equipment Control

Command dispatch via LoRaWAN downlink. Command queue with tracking, virtual and physical states, discrepancy detection.

Analytics & AI/ML

4 analytics levels: from basic telemetry to predictive. Virtual flow meter (VFM), equipment health scoring, RUL prediction, anomaly detection.

Reporting

9 report types: telemetry, alarms, runtime, daily summary, parameter passport. Excel and PDF export. Filtering by pad, type, period.

How It Works

From field sensor to operator screen — full cycle in real time

1

Data Collection

Autonomous LoRaWAN pressure, temperature, and flow sensors transmit readings through gateways to ROSSMA NETS

LoRaWAN RU864/EU868 Class A
2

Processing

Server decodes data via configurable codecs, stores in TimescaleDB with automatic partitioning

MQTT TimescaleDB Codecs
3

Visualization

Web HMI displays data in real time: trends, mnemonics, KPI dashboards, alarm journal with acknowledgment

WebSocket ISA-101 SVG
4

Control

Operator sends commands to equipment via LoRaWAN downlink, system tracks delivery and execution
