Warranty & Service

All ROSSMA equipment comes with a 36-month warranty from the delivery date. During the warranty period, we fix manufacturing defects and replace faulty components free of charge.

To submit a warranty claim, follow the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure:

Fill out the support form with a description of the issue and device serial number

Diagnostics

Our specialists will perform remote diagnostics and suggest a solution

Shipping

If replacement is needed — ship the device to the specified address with the RMA number

Replacement

We will repair or replace the device and ship it back as soon as possible
