Features
ROSSMA IIOT-WellPAD is an integrated well pad monitoring automation solution for oil & gas fields based on the ROSSMA IIoT-AMS platform. It combines wireless sensors, LoRaWAN base stations, and ROSSMA IIOT-NETS software into a unified telemetry system.
- Field Level — pressure, temperature, level, flow, gas, and valve position sensors with Ex explosion protection (TR CU 012/2011)
- Network Level — LoRaWAN base stations (VEGA 2.2 / RAK 7289CV2), coverage radius up to 15 km at RU868 frequency
- Edge Level — industrial PC in IP66 thermal enclosure with ROSSMA IIOT-NETS (Astra Linux + Kaspersky), autonomous storage and visualization
- Enterprise — integration with SCADA, MES, ASOДУ via LTE/radio relay/fiber optic over VPN
- Economics — cost 1-1.5M RUB per pad (vs 3-6M for wired SCADA), installation 1-2 days, payback 12-18 months
