ROSSMA IIoT-AMS Solution
Universal autonomous wireless meter-switch for controllers and sensors
Universal Autonomous Wireless Meter-Switch
ROSSMA has developed a Universal Autonomous Wireless Meter-Switch for Controllers and Sensors — a device capable of operating in autonomous mode powered by batteries.
The device reads data from digital and analog sensors, processes, stores and wirelessly transmits it via LoRaWAN or NB-IoT standards.
Field test results demonstrated high reliability: when connected to a Metran 150 pressure transmitter, the device provides 6 months of continuous operation (1 reading / 2 min) and up to 3 years at 1 reading / hour with 2 sensors.
Capabilities
Time Synchronization
Internal clock correction for accurate time synchronization of measurements.
Flexible Polling Interval
Individual setting of measurement frequency for each parameter — from once per minute.
Up to 8 Sensors per Device
Connect up to 8 sensors or 64 controllers. Transmit up to 64 parameters in one LoRaWAN packet.
Up to 10 Years Autonomy
Long-term autonomous operation from battery power without external power supply.
Data Accumulation
Accumulation of readings during LoRaWAN connection loss with subsequent transmission upon restoration.
Emergency Event Processing
Processing of emergency events and control of actuators to prevent accidents.
Universal Measurements
Temperature, pressure, level, flow, vibration, gas concentration — one sensor for multiple parameters.
SCADA/MES Integration
Modbus RTU/TCP, analog and pulse interfaces — integration without equipment replacement.
Network up to 45 km Wireless
LoRaWAN and NB-IoT for deployment over large areas without cabling and construction.
AES-128 Encryption
Protection of critical production data during transmission over wireless channels.
Remote Control 24/7
Monitor and configure equipment from anywhere in the world via web interface.
IP67 & Explosion-Proof
Certified equipment for harsh environments and hazardous areas.
