Comprehensive modernization of automated process control systems (PCS) at oil production facilities in Perm Region. The project was implemented using Industrial Internet of Things technology with LoRaWAN and NB-IoT wireless data transmission.
Project scope
- Engineering — development of design and working documentation for automation system
- Equipment supply — manufacturing and delivery of over 5,000 ROSSMA devices (data acquisition and transmission modules, switches, sensors)
- Installation and commissioning — installation and startup at well pads, single wells, and auxiliary facilities
- Data output to upper level — telemetry data transmission from all facilities to central dispatch via collection servers to operator workstations
- Integration — data transfer to external systems (SCADA, PI, MES) via open API
