Economic effects potential of the project
  • Complex automation of cluster objects together with the implementation of organisational measures carried out by the Customer can reduce costs for maintenance personnel engaged in regular bypass of technological equipment and move to the maintenance model on condition.
  • Possibility to check the transmitted data correctness from process equipment for quality monitoring of service organisations – transfer of service organisations to service on condition (time between failures), thus reducing maintenance costs.
  • Obtaining timely information about deviations in equipment operation will allow to minimise unscheduled downtime and accordingly unscheduled shortcomings.
  • Standardisation of requirements for field controller equipment will reduce the costs of equipment design and adjustment when implementing automation projects (unification at the level of MODBUS register tables, unification of algorithms at the level of OPC).
